I think the most direct way to feel like/become an adult is to have a kid. A close second however is to have your "little sister" have her second kid! On Thursday, March 13th my niece Briella Joy was welcomed into this world.
Chrystal and I are so excited because Briella and "baby girl Sturm" will be so close together! Watching our family grow is really one of the things I love most about getting older...though I'm still very young!
